Short URLs for sharing reading lists

At the moment Talis RL links are very long strings of alphanumerics. A shortened version to share more elegantly would look very nice. E.g. rl.talis.com/Institution/PSYC101 rather than https://rl.talis.com/3/institution/lists/AB01234C-0A2B-3C4D-DDDE-1C6D2B8F5521.html?lang=en&login=1
