Having a check box to tick, to clarify to students that the item is not yet available/purchased

It would be good to have a simple check box to tick, so that it is then clear to students that the item is not yet in the Library. This would be less time-consuming than having to manually check and change each item ourselves. Please could we suggest this to Talis for consideration?
